One of the Group’s most prestigious restaurants, the Jiangsu Restaurant was established i≤n 1946 as the former Yijifuxing Restaurant. It the&n developed a reputation for producing delicious dishes representative of •the culture of the Jiangsu Province and its surrounding region.
